STORAGE & HANDLING
Cool dry location; Air tight
containers; Eye protection and gloves recommended
while handling. Caution: Spillages can be
slippery.
SUGGESTED DOSAGE LEVELS
Typically 20 - 25 ppm of
long residue in distillation application
for preventing fouling in the long residue
circulation section. This dosage may have
to be enhanced for severe fouling problems
in distillation operations.
SUGGESTED APPICATIONS
Distillation operation where
polymerisation of high boilers poses a problem;
transportation of petroleum liquid in hot
condition having a tendency for deposition.
SUGGESTED METHOD OF DOSING
To be dosed as a 1 : 1 solution
in kerosene by dosing pumps directly into
the crude inlet line or the reboiler line
depending upon areas of fouling.
