C - 5 WELDABLE ANNEALABLE COATINGS
 
C- 5 class water thinnable core plate varnishes and coating chemicals are available from FILTEC in custom-made versions, as inorganic pigment fillers and semi-organic chromate/ transition metal based and phosphate based latex coatings. These products show good weldability and having superior resistance to annealing temperatures" as well as "excellent punchability".
 
KROTEX 207 A + SUMITEX Two component based coating system combination of chromate and inorganic pigments as "KROTEX 207 A" part and acrylic resin as "SUMITEX" part. Suttable for low line speed.
ITK04A +OTK04B Two component based coating system combination of chromate and inorganic pigments as "ITK-04 A" part and acrylic resin as "OTK-04 B" part. Suitable for low as well as high line speed.
FILTRAN-280 Non chrome transtion metal based coating is offered as, single component coating system combination of phosphate, transition element with acrylic resin. Suitable for low line speed.
FILAMAR-NCI-M-100 Single component coating system combination of phosphate, inorganic pigment and acrylic resin. Special class of pigments are capable to give good insulation resistance and surface resistivity along with good spradibility and gloss. Suitable for low as well as high line speeds.
