Anticaking Agent for DAP based Fertilizers
PRODUCT NAME CRYSTFLO - 251(M)
FUNCTION To modify crystal habit & enable free flow of DAP based fertilizers.
COMPOSITION Anionic Polymers & crystal habit modifiers in fuel oil medium.
DENSITY 0.90 + 0.05 gm/cc
VISCOSITY @ 70°C by B-4 CUP 60 sec max
FLOW CHARACTERISTICS Pumpable at ambient conditions through gear pumps/metering pumps.
FLASH POINT >140o C
DOSAGE LEVEL 0.08 to 0.10 % or 0.80 to 1.0 Kg/Ton of Fertilizer
APPLICATION To be sprayed by air atomizing nozzle on the fertilizer in a rotary drum for uniform coating on the fertilizer
HANDLING Usual precautions such as gum boots, goggles and gloves while handling. Accidental contact is not hazardous and can be washed with water.
