Coatings for Electrical Grade Steels and high performance Coating
 
Electrical (CRNO) steel coating chemicals for steel coils, laminations and stampings provided by FRMC include -
  1. Complies with international AISI classification
  2. Available in various viscosities in same class suitable for different kind of roll and line speed.
  3. Water dilutable: able to adjust with different coating thickness
  4. Good flexibility
  5. No flaking during stamping application
  6. Good environmental resistance.
  7. Good hydrolysis resistance
  8. Fast Curing (baking type)
  9. Retention of High Gloss > 80 % after post treatment
  10. The product grade are tailored to the line speed and curing time/temperature available to the coil manufacturer
