Storage in cool dry locations; Air tight containers, Eye protection, gloves recommended while handling. 

0.12 – 0.3% depending on the type of Rock Phosphate used in Nitrophosphate systems. 

0.02 – 0.10% in DAP & Phosphoric Acid systems depending on rock source.

For foam control in process reactors in the Nitrophosphate reaction, Ammonia-Phosphoric Acid reaction, in the NPK/DAP Fertilizer plant. Also useful in acid processes such as Oxalic Acid manufacture, where Nitric Acid reaction leads to foaming.

D-FOAM-PT-11 is neutral in pH.

D-FOAM-PT-11 is safe from the point of view of physical contact, spillage/toxicity/Bio-degradation etc. Since the product is a blend of surfactants, slipperiness of spillages will have to be protected against. Otherwise the usual precautions of gloves, goggles and gum-boots are adequate while handling D-FOAM-PT-11 in naked condition. Accidental contact can be easily washed with soap and water.
