Anticaking Agents For Urea fertilizer (Belt sprayable)
PRODUCT NAME	UREFLO-50
FUNCTION	Anticaking Agent for Urea Prills
COMPOSITION	A complex of surfactants and crystal habit modifiers on aqueous vehicle.
FORM	Free flowing colourless/pale yellow liquid.
DENSITY	1.0 � 0.05 gm/cc at 25 ^oC.
FLOW CHARACTERISTICS	Pumpable and sprayable at 25 - 30 ^o C. Viscosity < 100 cps max. at 25 ^oC.
FLAMMABILITY	Flash Point > 150^o C.
STORAGE & HANDLING	Cool dry locations for storage; Eye protection and hand gloves recomended for handling.
SUGGESTED DOSAGE LEVELS	0.03 - 0.05% max. based on weight of Urea Prills.
SUGGESTED APPLICATIONS	Dust & caking control in urea manufacture, handling and storage.
TYPICAL PERFORMANCE DATA	Minimum reduction of around 35% caking of Urea Fertiliser over long storages.
PACKING	MS/HDPE Drums - 200 Kgs.
