0.10 to 0.15% based on Urea Fertiliser weight i.e. 1.0 to 1.5 Kg per MT of Urea.

Dust & caking control in Urea especially when operating conditions & storage conditions indicate breaking down & fines formation in granules/prills, by improving prill/granule, strength by crystal modification of prills/granules of Urea.

`URETUFF-501’ is an ideal replacement for formaldehyde/HMTA/Ureaform used as prilling/granulation aids. At its dosage level of 0.10% to 0.15% it improves prill strengths/granule strengths better than/equal to that obtained with the above referred additives.URETUFF-501 is non-toxic, has been tested not to affect seed germination properties in soil for cereals and pulses; URETUFF-501 does not affect urea properties in its intended technical applications.

URETUFF-501 also imparts Anticaking properties to Urea product thereby eliminating/limiting the requirement of a separate Anticaking Agent.
