GRANULATION AIDS FOR DAP & NPK FERTILIZERS

PRODUCT NAME	VERSAS - 301
FUNCTION	Granulating Aid for NPK/DAP, NPK Based Fertilizers.
COMPOSITION	Saccharide Sulphonate metal complex in aqueous medium.
FORM	Liquid at ambient
DENSITY	1.3 ± 0.05 gm/cc
pH	2 - 4
FLOW CHARACTERISTICS	Pumpable at ambient
FLASH POINT	>180^o C
STORAGE & HANDLING	Acidic material. Store in cool dry locations; Use gum boots, goggles and gloves for handling the drums.
METHOD OF APPLICATION	Use at 0.15 to 0.2% based on DAP/NPK weight.

COLOUR EFFECTS: VERSAS-301, provides Brown / Grey Colour to DAP / NPK depending on the DAP content in the fertiliser
