TECC Candles have a sturdy metallic
casing to meet the requirement of installation,
cleaning and reuse. The cast ceramic fibre provide
the efficient filtering media. The casing could
be manufactured from mild steel, stainless steel
or any other desired metal. The internal filtering
media could also be changed to synthetic fibre.
This versatality makes these TECC candles suitable
for a very wide range of application such as filtration
of gases like H2, N2, Cl2, CO2, Air etc. and aqueous
& non-aqueous liquids and solutions at almost
all operating temperatures and pressures. Besides
TECC Candles can be manufactured in various sizes
to suit the customer's requirement. One of the
important application is filtration of Air Ammonia
mixture upstream of Platinum gauge catalyst in
Nitric Acid Plant.

TECC-PGF-01is
a Stainless Steel encased Candle Filter, closed
at one end and with 70 mm dia., 15mm thick
Flange collar at other end. This is stainless
steel encased ceramic fibre filter of exclusive
construction towards mechanical sturdiness
required during installation, cleaning and
reuse of the Candle Filter.
