Desulphurisation catalysts:

DS-90-E | DS-90-E-HS | DS-90-T

Filtra offers purification catalysts for removal of Sulphur from hydrocarbon feedstock. Sulphur present in the form of H2S and mercaptan can be removed using Filtra's DS series purification catalysts.

These Catalysts have been developed and extensively tested at Filtra's in-house R & D facility. These catalysts mainly comprise of zinc oxide and/or mixed metal oxides.

The main features are:

  1. Typical sulphur adsorption capacity in excess of 25% by weight.
  2. DS SERIES Catalysts have much higher retained crush strength and thereby exhibit much lower pressure drops during the useful life of the catalyst.
  3. By its superior characteristics DS SERIES Catalyst exhibit much better retained strength even when liquid water directly contacts the catalyst; leave alone rising of partial pressure of steam in the gas.
