Mr. T.N. VENKATESAN – Chairman & Managing Director
The company is headed by the CMD Mr. T.N.Venkatesan, a Chemical Engineer himself.
Mr. T.N. Venkatesan brings over 40 years of experience in Industrial innovation in the fields of Catalysts, Catalytic Processes and Performance Chemicals.
Mr. N.S. BIJLANI – Director R&D
Mr. N.S. Bijlani is a Chemical Engineer by profession with Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from UICT, Mumbai, and a post graduate diploma in management.
He has served in Indian and Multi-national companies in various capacities and has R&D experience of more than 30 years in Chemical and FMCG industries. He has worked on global projects and developed products for many customers in Asia, Middle East and Europe.
Mr. A.N.MENDHI – Director Marketing
A Science and Engineering Graduate, has had wide experience in a major chemical and fertilizer manufacturing unit in different areas like project execution, contracts, plant operations etc.
Has also worked with multinational company, abroad with most modern petrochemical plant and promoted Filtra’s Catalysts & chemical products in the export market.
Has wide experience in handling marketing operations and global market development.
Dr. ARCHIS A. YAWALKAR- V.P., Business Development
Has a Doctorate in Chemical Engineering from U.D.C.T., Mumbai with Postdoctoral experience at TU Delft, The Netherlands on existing and novel Multiphase Reactors Designing & Scale-ups.
Has 10 years of experience in Development of New Areas of Business & Process Development in Catalysts, Catalytic processes and Organic Chemicals.
Mr. RAM VENKATESAN – V.P. – Specialty Chemicals Grp.
Having completed a Masters in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, Ram has 7 years of experience in the specialty chemicals and water treatment industry. His background includes experience with Nano-materials, Polymers and Coatings. |
